Events This Week in Newcastle

Newcastle City Hall has an extraordinary gig history — Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, The Who and David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust tour all played there in the 1960s and 70s, and Motörhead recorded most of a classic live album there in 1981. Utilita Arena Newcastle takes the city's biggest shows, NX Newcastle (a converted 1920s cinema and ballroom) has hosted Arctic Monkeys and Adele, and The Stand Comedy Club is part of a well-regarded UK comedy chain. Whatever the show, TheShowFinder tracks tickets across every major provider so you can compare prices before you buy.
