Join Stevie Dowie, executive chef of La Taquería for a class dedicated to the rich, vibrant & authenic flavours of a traditional Mexican Christmas! During the class you'll be exploring the ingredients, techniques & traditions that make Mexican Christmas so distinctive and of course it wouldn't be a Mexican Christmas without a marg in hand! You'll be making two delicious Mexican cocktails to enjoy. In this class you'll learn to make - -Two delicious Mexican Cocktails -Pollo Taquitos- Pulled chicken in a cripsy tortilla served with salsa Tatemada, crema, queso & lime -Pozole Verde- A traditonal stew made with corn and chicken served with a delicious medley of avocado, onion and coriander. Served with fresh greens & crema -Tres Leches Cake- A delicate authentic mexican dessert made from three types of milk, cinnamon & vanilla.
