At the Going Down of the Sun – The Work of the At Risk War Memorials Project.
About this event
How mindless vandalism and neglect was the catalyst to our starting the Project to take into care war memorials from closed churches, chapels, working men’s clubs and factories – buildings destined for change of use or even demolition. This talk is part of the exhibition: Portraits of Valour: The Soldiers Who Came to the Guildhall.
