Family Masterclass: The Handmade Italian Feast at Cooking It!
About this event
Families can step away from the sidelines and get stuck into the kitchen together. This hands-on masterclass turns authentic Italian cooking into an incredible family adventure, allowing participants to discover the magic of turning humble ingredients into a spectacular three-course feast completely from scratch. Each family receives a dedicated kitchen island to work, laugh, and cook within their own family bubble. At the end of the session, guests sit down to enjoy their creations together while the staff handles all the washing up. The 3-Course Menu The Pudding Individual "Shake & Pour" Vanilla Panna Cottas with Warm Berry Compote. Prepared first, children can enjoy blooming gelatine leaves and whisking vanilla cream before placing the desserts in the fridge to set. The Main Hand-Rolled Tagliatelle with a Slow-Simmered Ragu. Participants crack eggs, knead dough, and take turns feeding it through traditional pasta rollers to create ribbons of pasta alongside a rich ragu. The Side Tear-and-Share Garlic & Herb Focaccia.
