The aliens have landed! Get ready for spooktacular science, hands-on activities and interactive fun, inspired by the Horrible Science: Cosmic Chaos exhibition. Looking for spooky Halloween aliens, or surprising space science? We've got you covered this October half term. Animate your own extra-terrestrial character Sessions throughout the day between 10.20–12.20 and 13.20–16.20 Recommended for ages 7 and older Storyboard an out-of-this-world adventure then bring it to life with a visit to the Animation Studio where you can have a go at stop-motion animation. Please note, this activity has limited capacity. Create your own alien 10.00–16.00 Let your imagination run wild and design your own alien species. Discover how scientists are hunting for signs of life beyond our planet. Build a spacecraft 10.00–16.00 Meet friendly Martians and go on a galactic treasure hunt around the museum and build your own interstellar spaceship with our giant rocket building kit. Can you defeat the descending aliens? 14.00–16.00 Put your skills to the test with the arcade classic space-themed games on the big screen every day in the afternoon. Add a ticket to Power Up for even more gaming fun. Settle down
