Sholay in Concert
About this event
Experience the Bollywood classic Sholay like never before as the film is brought to life on a giant screen with R. D. Burman’s iconic score performed live by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, conducted by Melvin Tay. Presented in Hindi with English subtitles, this special event features Sholay: The Final Cut – the newly restored 4K version, including footage unseen since it was removed by censors in 1975. Part of the acclaimed Films in Concert series, this is a rare opportunity to rediscover one of cinema’s most beloved epics through the power of live music and film.
