Step away from the pace of everyday life and into the calm, cocoon-like environment of The Sound Spa, situated beside WWT Castle Espie near the shores of Strangford Lough. Guided by sound artist and immersive experience creator Tessa Ann, this intimate studio experience is limited to just eight participants, creating space to slow down, listen, reflect and connect through sound within a calm and supportive environment. Part of The Place to BE collection, the experience explores the relationship between sound, listening and environment through an immersive combination of sound and stillness. Selected experiences also take place around seasonal moments including the Full Moon and New Moon, creating an opportunity to pause, settle and make space for reflection. The Experience Settle into the studio and allow yourself time to rest and become immersed in sound. Tessa uses a range of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drum and subtle percussion to create a layered and evolving sound environment.
