Lachlan Werner: Sleeper Hit at The Wardrobe Theatre
About this event
A new work-in-progress showing from clown/ventriloquist, Lachlan Werner (Voices of Evil, Wondertwunk) You're getting sleepy. Let that little voice take control… Welcome to the world's first ventriloquial hypnotherapy session. Lachlan Werner ("Funniest new ventriloquist on the block" ★★★★ Telegraph) and Brew the Witch ("Star" ★★★★ Chortle) sleep talk through an hour of secrets, Punch & Judy love songs, Magpies, clinically depressed frat bros, and a man called Ray. Brew has lived inside the shadows of Lachlan's mind for 27 years, but now she's inviting you to purge your subconscious with award-winning, "unhinged, extraordinary" (★★★★ Guardian) talent. "The definitive queer puppet show." ★★★★★ Lost In Theatreland "Vulnerable, intelligent. A startlingly funny original talent." ★★★★ One4Review
