Classic Italian Cuisine Cookery Class at Cooking It

About this event

Adults can explore Italian cuisine beyond pasta and pizza during this hands-on Italian cooking class at Cooking It, 37 Gloucester Road, Bristol. Designed exclusively for adults, the class introduces participants to classic Italian dishes, ingredients and culinary techniques in a relaxed and sociable kitchen environment. Participants will create three classic dishes while developing practical skills that can be recreated at home. Depending on the menu, techniques can include preparing vegetables, breads and risotto-style dishes, as well as crafting classic gnocchetti. All ingredients and equipment are provided, with Cooking It's team guiding participants through each stage of the cooking process. Once the cooking is complete, the group will sit down together in Cooking It's social kitchen space to enjoy the meal they have prepared. The class is suitable for adults attending individually, couples and groups of friends. It can also provide a memorable date night, birthday or anniversary activity, evening out with friends or creative team-building experience in Bristol. No previous cooking experience is required.
