Thai Cuisine Cookery Class at Cooking It

About this event

Adults can master the bold and fragrant flavours of Thai cuisine during this hands-on Thai cooking class at Cooking It in Bristol. Led by Thai Chef JJ, the class is designed exclusively for adults and offers a fun, sociable and flavour-packed introduction to authentic Thai cooking. Participants will begin by making their own curry paste from scratch before progressing to complete dishes featuring key Thai ingredients such as fish sauce, kaffir lime leaf, tamarind and shrimp paste. Throughout the class, participants will develop knife skills and discover authentic Thai seasoning techniques and cooking methods that can be applied to a variety of dishes at home. All ingredients and equipment are provided, allowing participants to concentrate on cooking, learning and enjoying the experience. At the end of the session, the group will sit down together in Cooking It's kitchen space to enjoy the dishes they have prepared. The class is suitable for adults attending individually, couples looking for an alternative date night, groups of friends and small corporate teams.
